Glenys is a love-filled ball of playful energy and a creative Wellness and healing muse. Many passionate souls have found her to be a kindred spirit guiding them to live the life of their dreams. Whether it is a health issue, an entrepreneurial endeavor, relationship issues or emotions, Glenys is by your side as you live into the future you are creating for yourself.

After a near-fatal car crash involving four-armed getaway bank robbers and a police cruiser, Glenys took her life into her own hands as she came to grips with how fragile life truly is. In that instant destructive chaos collided with her life and changed her paradigm forever.

Born in that moment was her desire to make every second count, fueling her indomitable conviction that a "positive" holistic approach to life, is the pathway to the extraordinary when we cherish the sacred, the stillness and beauty in life. This profound reverence creates awareness and gratitude and captures the quiet joys in the simplest of experiences. From this approach comes the health, life force, and drive to "JUST BE," expansive, creative, and loving.

What Glenys learned from her quest was the experiential wisdom and "holistic" life philosophy she shares with everyone she has the honor of knowing. All you have to do is choose to take action with intention, reach out, and she will join you in your life journey, hand-in-hand you will co-create possibility and potential to JUST LIVE!

Above and Beyond My Healing and Counseling Practice My passion is opening a portal for people to access their greatness and full life potential from the stillness of meditation. As meditation gives you access to your own dreams as a reality, but a daily meditation practice also helps with ongoing wellness actual healing and is key to attaining Happiness and Joy.

My passion for the singular and the exquisite inspires those who know me. With many years of study and multiple modalities at my fingertips my ability to guide the seekers and help them to heal has been a true gift to many allowing them to escape pain, fearfulness or the chronic illness that keeps them stuck. My life has been spent exploring what it is to live a fully engaged life and I can honestly say I have successfully packed several lifetimes of living into just this one lifetime already and I am not done yet!
