Yes, this is a time of global chaos…Today’s world has become the stage for both the heroes and the anxious. Tuning out the “noise” in the confinement of quarantine is impossible as we are exploring a new level of coping with everyday life, where toilet paper is precious, a walk around the block is a guilty pleasure and bingeworthy entertainment is the panacea for our unbelieving shock. But as many are looking for respite from the fear and a return to normalcy, we start to see a world where generosity of Spirit and Heart is spontaneously evidencing itself. It is a joy to see that In the face of adversity we are living into our highest and best . We may be in chaos but we are facing the future with generosity and compassion and perhaps even a modicum of humor, these are the antidote to fear.

People are getting busy and being constructive, doing home renovation, taking online classes, and hosting online interactive parties and book clubs. Bravo to all of you who are creatively living and working in every moment with a passion to rise above with grace and love. This is our new normal for the moment as we remember what it is to actually live in our homes and just be… Amazing how grateful I feel every day for how “busy” we lived before and how very grateful I am for the lessons in stillness, generosity and simplicity as we live through this pandemic together.
